Implementing Threshold Lattice Signatures (t-ML-DSA) for Multi-Executive Corporate Governance

Core engineering and protocols for Threshold ML-DSA Quorums.

Eliminating the Master Key Problem in Corporate Governance

Corporate governance requires that no single executive, administrator, or engineer possesses unilateral authority to move corporate treasury funds. In classical systems, multi-signature smart contracts or threshold ECDSA were used. PQCCustody pioneers Threshold ML-DSA (t-of-n), extending NIST FIPS 204 to distributed multi-party computation.

Blind Cooperative Signing Protocols

Each authorized custodian holds an encrypted smart card containing a mathematical share of the master lattice polynomial vector. When a large withdrawal is authorized, custodians enter their PINs into separate air-gapped terminals. The terminals execute a round of zero-knowledge communication, outputting a single standard ML-DSA signature verifiable by any blockchain node.
